Milam & Co. is a professionally managed company which has been in the field of interior build outs, project management, service integration and maintenance for over 19 years.
We are a cutting edge, family owned business that makes our home in Birmingham, AL. We have built a team of experienced craftsmen who are familiar in carrying out all types of interior build outs and that allows us to self perform a large portion of the work.
We have completed a vast range of projects including John’s City Diner, Athens Flats Apartments, Enterprise Car Rental locations and various medical offices. These projects range from large space build outs to something as small as hanging pictures.
