Milam and Company is currently working on a new office building/warehouse for Tractor and Equipment in Lynn Haven, Florida.
The pre-existing building was damaged in the hurricane that went through the panhandle of Florida. We demoed the pre-existing building as well as the pre-existing building slab. We are currently in the stages of pouring the new concrete building pad and erecting the new State of the Art 11,500 square foot metal building.
The building will feature a large storefront glass entry as you walk into the new grand sales department with glass offices and large graphic walls. This building will also feature a warehouse for the employees of Tractor and Equipment.
