Milam & Co , LLC scope will be a complete renovation to Ruffner Park baseball and softball complex to Include site grading, concessions restroom building with press box, additional restroom with pavilion, two (2) picnic shade pavilions, three (3) synthetic turf ball fields, playground, walking paths, parking lot, sports field lighting, and associated site electrical.
