Milam and Company has been awarded the contract to build a 6,000 sf Urgent Care Clinic in Chelsea, AL. It is comprised of 2 suites. Suite A is Doctor Offices and an urgent care facility. Suite B is a Physical Therapy facility. The structure is a wood frame brick veneer medical facility built to serve the surrounding community. Scope of work included all civil work including site utilities, site concrete, paving, irrigation, and landscaping. Completion is expected in March with the Facility expecting to open its doors in May. The job has been a success with early completion expected. We anticipate building more of these medical facilities.
