Etowah County Mega Sports Complex

Milam & Company has been awarded a $5,079,798 contract to Construct Phase I of the Etowah County Mega Sports Complex.
This phase will consist of developing 34 acres consisting of Six Soccer Fields and Two Practice Fields, Entry Drive w/ 440 Parking Spaces And a centrally located 3,000 SF Concession Building housing a multi-purpose room, office space, restrooms and utility rooms.
Mobilization is currently underway and the project will be completed within an 8 month schedule. The Master Plan includes a 139 acre site located on an extension of Lindsey Street, off Alabama Highway 77 in Rainbow City. The complex will include between 12 and 14 soccer fields, Softball and Baseball fields, Tennis and Walking Trails.
