Clay Playground and Splashpad

Milam & Company has been selected as the Construction Manager to assist the City of Clay in the construction of a new Playground and Splashpad which will be located at the Little League Baseball Park, 7257 Old Springville Road.
The new features will include a building to house restrooms, a manager’s office and a ticket office. Multiple Covered party areas will also be available for on a reserved basis. Both areas will not only be ADA approved but also be what is called SNAP, which is a Special Needs Adaptable Playground / Splash pad.
The city plans to open the playground and splashpad the first week Of April 2020.
